Ravon Group may act as a processor where we access or process personal data on the customer's documented instructions during implementation, integration, maintenance or support.

Those arrangements will be governed by the applicable customer agreement, data processing agreement, security documentation and technical scope.

Where a customer organisation has provided your personal data to Ravon Sage, you should direct privacy requests concerning that data to the relevant customer organisation in the first instance.
