Depending on the agreed implementation, Ravon Sage may support functions including:
- searching and analysing organisational information;
- answering questions using internal knowledge;
- generating reports, documents and other content;
- supporting or automating operational workflows;
- monitoring dates, deadlines, changes or recurring activities;
- connecting previously separate systems and information sources;
- providing source references or audit records;
- escalating matters for human review.
Descriptions of Ravon Sage on the website are general descriptions only.
The exact functionality available to a customer will depend on the agreed scope, technical architecture, infrastructure, systems, permissions, integrations, data quality, selected models, security requirements and implementation arrangements.

- the customer will generally determine the purposes and means of processing its organisational and personal data;
- the customer will generally act as controller for personal data processed through its deployment;
- Ravon Group LTD may act as a processor where it processes personal data on the customer's documented instructions;
- the roles, responsibilities, safeguards and processing instructions will be set out in the applicable agreements;
- data access will depend on the agreed technical and support arrangements.
Nothing in these Terms authorises a user to upload or provide personal data to Ravon Group LTD unlawfully.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the website and its content are owned by or licensed to Ravon Group LTD.
This includes rights in:
- the Ravon Group and Ravon Sage names;
- logos, trade marks and branding;
- text, graphics, video, animations and images;
- website design and layouts;
- demonstrations and interfaces;
- software and source code;
- workflows, methods and system designs;
- documentation and technical materials;
