Who can see the panel?
Whoever you clear for it. The panel follows the same per-user access control as the rest of the platform: administrators define the departments, systems and companies each person can see.
Where do the figures come from?
From the system's own records. Every chat turn, agent run and approval is already written to an append-only log, and the panel reads that rather than a separate tracking layer.
Does it cover more than one company?
Yes. Groups run several businesses on one deployment, and the panel shows each one on its own as well as together.
Is this monitoring our staff?
It reports on the system, not on individuals: which departments and integrations are being used and what the agents did. What any one person can see is bounded by the same access rules as everything else.
Can we take the figures out?
Yes. The whole system is reachable through an API, so your own team can pull what the panel shows into whatever you already report with.
Where does it run?
On your own infrastructure, like the rest of the platform. Nothing is sent to an outside service to produce a view of your own usage.
