Where do the answers come from?
From the sources you connect, and only the ones the person asking is cleared to reach. Sage answers from your authorised documents, databases and defined sources rather than from general model knowledge, and marks each claim back to where it came from.
Can it be wrong?
Any AI system can be. Sage narrows it by answering only from your own material, showing sources at the level of the passage used, keeping information layers separate, and passing critical output to an authorised person. For high-risk work the final check stays with a human.
Does anything leave our network?
No. The models run on your server, and questions and documents are processed there. Internet search and deep research are the only features that reach outside, they are optional, and they can be switched off entirely.
Can someone see what they should not?
No. An administrator sets the tools, databases, functions and sources each user can reach, and a request for restricted data is blocked even when it is asked a different way.
Will it work on our files as they are?
Yes. Sage reads document content instead of relying on file names, so a disorganised store is still searchable. Scanned pages and handwriting need extra processing, and accuracy depends on the scan, which is tested during implementation.
Can it write the way we write?
Yes. Your approved templates, contracts, reports and correspondence are introduced to the system, so drafts follow your structure, terminology and standard instead of reading like generic AI text.
What does it not do?
It does not make the final call. It researches, drafts and prepares, and an authorised person signs off anything that carries risk.
