Is this just search?
Search finds a document. This holds what the firm has decided and why, with the source under it, so a repeat question gets the firm's own answer rather than a list of files.
Does it learn from our data?
It works from your authorised material, your preferences and your corrections, under governance you set. Where your firm enables training or fine-tuning on its own material, that is the firm's decision and it can be withdrawn.
Who decides what goes in?
Your firm. Incoming knowledge that conflicts with what is held is put to a person rather than silently overwritten.
Can a junior see everything?
Access is by role, so each person reaches what their role allows.
