Voice of Customer

What customers keep saying, grouped into themes.

The signal is already in your inbox and your call records. Sage reads across them, groups what people actually say, and keeps the original conversations one click away.

What comes back

The answer in the shape you would have built by hand.

How it works

What happens when you use it.

Example: a month of customer email

  1. It reads what exists

Connected mailboxes, ticket systems and call records.

  2. It groups what is said

Thousands of messages become a short list of themes.

  3. You see the trend

Which themes are growing, across the period you choose.

  4. You open the thread

Every theme opens back to the messages behind it.

  5. It goes to the owner

Each team gets the part of the signal it can act on.

Questions

The questions people ask

How it works, what it touches, and where it stops. If yours is not here, ask us directly.

Where does the signal come from?

The mailboxes, ticket systems and call records you connect. It works from conversations you already have, so there is nothing new to collect first.

Does customer data leave?

No. The reading and the grouping happen on your own server, like everything else in Sage.

How is a theme decided?

Messages are grouped by what is being said rather than by keyword, and every theme opens back to the messages behind it, so a group can be checked rather than trusted.

Who gets to see it?

The same access rules apply. A person sees the conversations and themes they are cleared to reach, and nothing else.

Is this a replacement for surveys?

It is a different input. A survey asks a sample what it thinks. This reads what customers already told you, in their own words, at the volume they told you it.

How far back can it look?

As far back as the archives you connect. Older correspondence is read the same way as this morning's.
